Boealis Cascais 300 meter automatic divers watch with Swiss movement is new in the box, never worn. I bought 2 of these watches, one black dial, one brown dial. I never wore this black dial watch.

The Cascais is one of Borealis best style watches produced, and one of the most collectable. It is also one of the last to have an authentic Swiss movement. I have bought a number of Borealis watches over the last decade or more, because I love Blancpain divers watches. The quality and design of the stainless steel cases is outstanding and often nearly identical to the original. Borealis was the name the Romans gave to Portugal. To begin with Borealis made outstanding copies of BlancPain divers watches with real Swiss movements. It is a great looking watch that was well crafted at a low price. This watch most closely resembles the Blancpain Bathyschape.

Borealis also does a nice copy of the 1954's Blancpain 50 Fathom, and a few other Blancpain diver designs. Over the past few years Borealis has started using Japanese movements to keep the prices low, excellent movements in a beautiful case, but no longer European watches.
